The Cozy Reader Club is monthly subscription box service delivering meaningful "me" time right to your door.
Each Cozy Reader Club box will include 4-6 full size items including a recently released hardcover women's fiction novel, artisan beverages such as coffee, tea or hot chocolate, beautiful handmade items and delicious gourmet handcrafted treats. Each box features handcrafted, artisan goods selected only from local small businesses throughout the USA.
The Cozy Reader Club box is only $64.95 per month + shipping.
Shipping within the USA is a flat rate of $9.99 per month. There is a separate shipping charge for shipments to Canada.
Boxes ship around the 18th of each month through USPS. Please subscribe by the last day of the month to receive your box the following month. We will send you a shipment confirmation email once your box has shipped.
Cozy Reader Club boxes tend to sell out quickly due to limited quantity. Depending on when you sign up and if boxes are available at that time, your first box may not arrive until the following month. In the US, once your box ships, you should receive it within 5 business days. For Canada, you should receive your box within about 10 business days. International shipping times are estimated and may vary due to customs regulations.
International shipping is available to Canada only at this time. There is a separate shipping charge for shipping outside the United States. You may also be required to pay separate customs fees. These fees are beyond our control.
All charges are in US Dollars. If you are located outside the US, current exchange rates apply.
You will be billed immediately when you sign up based on the length of the subscription purchased. Depending on the subscription length you choose, renewals will occur automatically either monthly or every three months on the 28th of the month.
If your subscription fails to renew on time, we will attempt to charge your credit card once per day for 10 days until the subscription is successfully renewed. If after 10 days your subscription has not renewed, your account will be put into an expired status. You may reactivate your account at any time from the expired status. However, once your account is reactivated, any previous offers, such as coupons, free shipping or other percentage discounts, will no longer be valid. You may, however, take advantage of any current offers at the time of reactivation. Also, boxes do sell out quickly. If your renewal does not process on time, you may lose your position to receive the current month's box.
We always hope that you are happy with your Cozy Reader Club box. But if you need to cancel, the process is simple. First login to your account, click the 'Edit' button under 'Your Subscription(s)', then click the button that says 'Cancel Subscription'. On the next screen, please let us know the reason for your cancellation and select 'Yes, Cancel Me'. If you cancel your subscription before you are billed for the next month, your cancellation will be effective immediately. If you cancel your subscription after you are billed for the month, the cancellation will be effective for the next month. Also, if you cancel after you are billed for the month, the cancellation does not automatically cancel the shipment or process a refund for the amount paid. If, at any time, you reactivate your account from a cancelled or expired status, any previous offers, such as coupons, free shipping or other percentage discounts, will no longer be valid. You may, however, take advantage of any current offers at the time of reactivation.
Cozy Reader Club boxes are not eligible for returns. If you would like to request a refund, you must request it before your box has shipped. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for boxes that have already shipped. Three and six month prepaid subscriptions are not eligible for partial refunds after the first box has shipped. Login to your account and click the 'Edit' button under 'Your Subscription(s)'. Choose the subscription term you would like and then click 'Change'. On the next screen, click 'Confirm'. The changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle.
Yes! To skip a month on your subscription, go to your account and Login. Then click the 'Edit' button under 'Your Subscription(s)'. On the next screen, click the button that says 'Skip Next Renewal' and then confirm that by clicking 'Yes, Skip It'. If you need to skip more than one month, please email us and we can pause your subscription for up to three months. The only other option would be to temporarily cancel your subscription and then reactivate it at a later date. Keep in mind, if you decide to cancel your subscription, any offers tied to your account will no longer be valid at the time of reactivation.
Login to your account and click the 'Edit' button under 'Shipping Address'. Update the fields with your new address and click 'Save'. If you need to change or update your address, please do so by the 10th of the month to ensure that your box arrives at your new address.
To purchase a gift, add the subscription term you would like to your cart. Then when you reach the checkout page, please check the box that says "This is a gift". Next to that box will be an option for the subscription to automatically renew each month. If you are purchasing a one time gift and you do not want the subscription to auto renew, please be sure to the box that says "Automatically renew this subscription". If you happen to forget to uncheck the box and do not want the subscription to be renewed, please send us an email at [email protected] and we will cancel the auto renewal for you. You also have the option to enter the gift recipient's name and email address. If you do enter the gift recipient's email address, they will receive an email notification once their gift ships. Gift cards are also available.
